The limited warranty is included in the purchase contract signed at the time of your home purchase. The limited warranty guidelines provided have been designed to give you a more detailed description of the warranty coverage provided on your home. In the event that a problem does occur in your home, these guidelines are intended to provide you with the highest level of service.
For performance under your limited warranty, L and M must be notified of the service request in writing. L and M will decide whether to repair or replace the defective item. L and M has no obligation to reimburse the Homeowner for amounts paid by Homeowner to a repairman, contractor or others. All claims not reported to the L and M Warranty Department prior to the expiration of the limited warranty will not be covered by the limited warranty.
